Meat Vegetarian (Gluten)


Vegetarian meat commonly known as "gluten" or "micia" in the Hokkien dialect, is one of the ingredients processed from wheat flour which is one of the  basic ingredients of  the main most widely used for making various types of vegetarian food creations as a substitute for animal meat . Materials Make Gluten: 1 kg of high protein wheat flour (chakra) 650 ml - 800 ml of  water Condiments Gluten: 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 tablespoon soy sauce to taste flavor Seasonings to taste How to Make Gluten: 1.Stir in the flour into a container, add water slowly while diuleni until not sticky to the touch (flat and slippery). 2. Cover with a damp cloth +/- 45 min. 3. Repeated washing, knead, until the water becomes clear and the dough is shaped like a sponge (+/- 10 minutes). 4. Knead again for 2 minutes and formed tight round. Put it in smaller containers of gluten. Let stand for 30 minutes. Remove and this result is a raw gluten.5. Boil water in a pan, put gluten, cook for 15 minutes. 6. Drain and coat with seasoning. 7. Let stand for 1 hour until one night. To: +/- 400 grams for clearer clay following video
